Ain't he cute?

So I just came out of the bedroom from putting my 1 year old down for a nap and went to give my 4 year old a kiss before heading to the computer to do some work. He is watching Thomas the Tank Engine, eating a yogurt granola bar.

As I kiss him, he exclaims (through a mouthful of granola bar), "Bears like peanut butter....and fish!" Since the story on Thomas has absolutely nothing to do with bears, peanut butter or fish, I have no idea where this thought originated from. It made me grin though. I just said, "They sure do, don't they!"

Some days I just love being a parent.

Here we go!

I figured I better get something on this stinkin' blog, since I can't seem to figure out how the "drag and drop" editing works. I guess that makes me an idiot, since this is supposed to be idiot proof, I think. Or maybe I'm just tired.

I would subtitle this blog, The Adventures of Cream Cheese and Asparagus, if I could figure out how to do anything but type posts. I'm sure I will eventually figure this darn thing out, but not while I am trying to get my taxes done so I can get some moola!

Incidentally, Cream Cheese and Asparagus is what my hubby calls my two little monsters. The names have no signifigance, except that they were manufactured to annoy my eldest while we were eating dinner...not anything actually containing cream cheese or aspargus, mind you.

At some point, I will probably write about more compelling things than my kids, but for now, as anyone who has kids will tell you--they are pretty much my whole life. Sad...but true (sigh).

Since I am seriously sleep deprived, I should end this now and go to bed.
